I am Director of Programme Management at JISC looking after JISC’s project and programme management policy and process. Which means in practice I sit behind the scenes ensuring that all the projects and programmes JISC are coordinated, consistent and coherent. I also address the big issues such as governance, information, IPR, benefits realisation and sustainability.
